Limited Warranty Overview

Merlos LLC provides a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal use issues for the Pocket Tester and its accessories. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products purchased directly from https://merlos.co.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing or assembly defects.
  • Electronic or internal component failures under normal use.
  • Items damaged during shipping (if reported within 7 days of delivery).

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental, impact, or water damage.
  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage from using non-approved accessories or power sources.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and lasts for 90 calendar days. Proof of purchase (such as an order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

How to File a Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us at orders@merlos.co and include the following:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or short video of the product showing the defect (if possible).

Our support team will review your claim and respond with instructions for repair, replacement, or return. Approved claims will receive further details regarding shipping or replacement procedures.

Resolution Options

  • Repair of the defective product.
  • Replacement with an identical or equivalent unit.
  • Refund if repair or replacement is not available.

Limitations

This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Merlos LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Some regions do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is valid only within the country of purchase and does not cover commercial or rental use.
